At Vintage Havana, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email or the confirmation screen.

  Securely place your items and the packing slip into the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all old shipping labels are covered.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed, typically within 5-7 business days.
